Do you accept commission orders?

Sunny welcomes commission orders. She prides herself on working extremely close with a client to guarantee 100% satisfaction. Simply fill out the Order Form with the information and as much detail as possible. If commissioning a pet portrait, include 3 good quality pictures and a description of the pet's personality.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number that you can use To track the progress of your package, simply click on the tracking link provided in the email provided to you at the time of shipment. I will also provide you with the carrier I choose.

What is your return policy?

We have a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is not damaged in any way. I do not accept returns on commissioned pieces. I pride myself in working extremely close with my clients and I do not ship the item until there is complete satisfaction.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we will be able to process the cancellation and issue a refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, we kindly request that you follow our return policy for a refund.
